أصبحت من العمليات الضرورية التى تلجأ لها السيدات من أجل الحصول على ثقه اكبر فى النفس او كجزء من اعادة بناء الثدى

ازالة الدهون المتراكمة في اماكن متفرقة بالجسم والتى تسبب احراج او صعوبة في اختيار الملابس
ويمكن اعادة حقن الدهون مرة اخرى وتوزيعها في اماكن الخفسات او تكبير المؤخرة و الثديين

يعانى البعض من كبر حجم الجبهه مع سقوط فى الحاجبين وتهدل بالجفون العليا مع ظهور تجاعيد بالجبهه يتم ازالة جزء من جلد الجبهه بجرح مخفي فى منبت الشعر فنحصل على جبهه اصغر مشدوده ويتم رفع الحاجبين و الجفون العليا

نتيجة كبر السن و العوامل الوراثيه يحدث ترهل فى الجفون العلوين وتكوين اكياس دهنية اسفل العين تعطى سن أكبر وعدم ثقه فى النفس بمخدر موضعي يتم ازالة الترهلات و الاكياس الدهنيه فتحصل على وجه مشدود واصغر سنا

يحدث تراكم للدهون او ترهل فى الجلد بالرقبه فيعطى سن أكبر وعدم ثقه بالنفس فيتم التخلص منه نهائيا عن طريق شفط الدهون وتحديد الفك او عن طريق الشد الجراحى للرقبه

يعانى البعض من صغر حجم الشفاه العليا مع كبر المسافه بين الأنف و الشفة العليا
فيتم تصغير المسافة بين الانف و الشفه العليا بجرح مخفي اسفل الانف يختفي تدريجيا ونحصل على مظهر جمالى دائم للشفاة
